I’m going to smash my computer into the wall.

Your mind is throwing words like:

FUCK, WHY NOW, THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.

The more you try, the worse it gets.

This is a great time to chill.

But where do you start..?

As a chilled entrepreneur, you need to become a master of your mind.

But…

Before you think, I will philosophise like the neo renaissance hippies who talk so damn complicated that after the first sentence, your think, what the hell am I reading? And you end up even more confused than when you started.

I’ll keep it simple.

Here are 14 rules of a chilled mind:

  • Chillers keep things simple.
  • Chillers complete one task a day.
  • Chillers believe that less is more.
  • Chillers believe that email is king.
  • Chillers need other chillers to chill.
  • Chillers, take action now to chill later.
  • Chillers give first before they receive.
  • Chillers laugh more than they complain.
  • Chillers outsource first and chill second.
  • Chillers know that money buys freedom.
  • Chillers don’t give a shit what others think.
  • Chillers entertain first and educate second.
  • Chillers believe that tomorrow is another day.
  • Chillers are NOT consumers but course creators.

Print them out and hang them on plain side.

You’ll never know when your inner Hulk awakens and likes to smash your room to pieces. (which can be quite liberating, but your partner might not agree, so please ignore this sentence.)

As a true chiller and respected member of this little community, I can’t leave you hanging with theoretical mambo jumbo.

The mind is important, but you’ll truly excel when you combine mindset with action.

But as stated in rule number 6, Chillers take action and chill later.

I have a checklist about how you can create your micro course in three days or less.

Here we go:

The Validation Process.

1. Get people on a quick call.

2. Ask these questions:

  • What is your biggest struggle?
  • Have you looked for a solution elsewhere?
  • If I create a course, would you buy it?
  • If yes, HOORAY, for what price?

Run a survey with the same questions as the interviews.

Build your course outline.

3. Go through your survey and find common problems.

4. Create modules from those problems.

5. Create lessons for your modules.

6. Go outside and chill.

Time to build your MVP.

7. Create a slide deck with Apple Keynote or Canva.

8. Get yourself a cheap mic and a ring light on Amazon.

9. Use Loom to record your screen and yourself.

10. Hire a Fiverr editor

11. Celebrate while chillin’ on the beach watching a sunset.
