The WONG Principle: The Secret art of repackaging courses.

“If I only could live like this every day.”

Empty white beaches greeted me every morning.
This is a dream life.

“Virgil, come on, we need to shoot the start.”

Abruptly I was pulled back into reality.

I was working as a cameraman.
We were shooting a race with 20 millionaires from Holland.

Expensive cars and luxurious hotels were on the menu.
It was hard work.

But…

The great thing was that I could have conversations with

Holland’s richest individuals.

One of the most valuable lessons I learned from Won.
A self-made millionaire who owned half of Amsterdam.

The lessons you’re about to learn were fundamental for $10M

in course sales.

Today is your turn to benefit from Won’s lesson.

Ready for the biggest mindfuck of the century?
Let’s dive in.
Expensive Wines? BLEH…

“Uhm, do you mind if I sit here?”
I asked Mr Won.

I’m not a shy guy.

But it’s not that I have dinner with filthy rich guys every day.

So yeah, I was quite nervous.

“Of course. Sit down.”

Do you like wine?” He said.

Wines of $2000 and more kept on coming.

I did my best to cover up that expensive wines are disgusting.

We started talking…

“How did you make so much money?” I asked

After small talk about cars, women and Ibiza.

Do you want to know my secret?

He said, slightly tipsy.

“Always repackage your service and sell it for a higher price.”

Let’s go clubbing now. He shouted, and off we went.

Little did I know that Won’s lesson would make me financially free

decades later.

BOINK, I hit the glass income ceiling.

I launched a successful course.

But after a few months, sales went flat.
I made good money, but there was no more growth.

Then I thought about Ibiza and the conversation with Mr Won.

Back then, it made no sense to me. But suddenly, it all clicked.

Now, I’ll share HOW you can use it to explode your income without

doing a lot of extra work.

Drums, please….

Start fireworks in
4…. 3… 2…. 1….

The Wong Principle.

1. Offer a continuation program.

Look, you have your course. And it takes your client from A to B.

But…

B is not the end destination.

it’s time to offer a solution that takes your clients to C.

This is what I did:

Original course: How to make 3K a month with e-commerce while you sleep.
Price: $997

Second course: How to scale your E-commerce business to 25K a month and impress your Instagram friends.
Price: $1499

There was no need to shoot a new course.
I just added more content and context to the original course.

But there is so much more you can do…

2. Add extra services.

From client interviews, I learned that there was a need for extra guidance.
So the next logical step was to add coaching.

And so I did…

I made a deal with my top students if they were interested in coaching.
People love to stand in the spotlight.

In no time, I had 5 coaches ready to assist.
I charged $2500 for 10 coaching sessions and gave 30% to the coaches.

What started with a 1-course offer of $997 ended in 3 different offers.
All are based on the original content.

You just have to love The Wong Principle.
It works for every service or product.

3. Online events rock.

People love to hang out with like-minded people.

It was during the pandemic I discovered online events.
Everybody was locked inside.

It was time for an online event to connect with my clients.

I had done a few live events, so I understood how it worked.
Now I was forced to organise it online.

We sold the event in two tiers:

*$ 499 Basic event
*$ 799 Basic event & After party and Q& A with the speakers.

You see, The Wong Principle strikes again.

Repackage the same thing at a higher price point.

Brrrrrr. Brrrrr..

Your money printer is at full speed.
