Did I enjoy the money?

Oh yeah…

Floyd Mayweather type of enjoyment, where I stacked my dollar bills on a table for an Instagram selfie and got instantly memeified.

But…

There was a downside.

The business model I built was not sustainable.

What started as a simple and fun project became a complex machine with different offers and people involved.

Did it work? Oh yes, it did.

I became financially free…

But over time, it became a nightmare.

My business partners and I started losing the fun in what we were building.

When that happens, no money in the world will save you.

Let me share with you how to build a business in 2024.

I hope you’re ready, my note-taking padawan.

Grab your pen and a 300-page blank notebook because here it comes:

Keep it simple…

End of the TED talk.

I could write an epic saga to show off the copywriting skills I just picked up from Ben Settle’s Infotainment book.

But I’ll spare you my long-winded fragment of my troubled mind.

Instead…

Focus on one problem, serve one audience, and promote one offer at a time.

Complex funnels…?

Keep those for the wannabe Dotcom secret readers who will never implement anything in their lives.

This is what you do:

  • You write great content.
  • Share it on social media and with your email list.
  • Send daily emails and make an offer in half of them.

That’s your funnel…

When you are in the dark about what topic your next course should be?

Ask your audience.

When you’re not sure about something, ask your mentor.

And you know the beauty of this all?

You make money, you do what you love, and you can chill.

That should be your end game. The money will come by itself.

We’ll talk tomorrow.
