How a fishermans daughter saved the day.

“Look behind you,” I hear in my headset.

With sweaty palms, I push the stick of my controller to the right.

I blindly fire my sniper rifle…

I open one eye, and I see this bright yellow marker +305

Yeah, I hit the guy.

The moment I turned off my PS5.

Reality kicks in.

Every day, you fight many battles.

One day, you fight against fear, doubt, and frustration; another, you battle your endless to-do list.

Yep, you’re a one-person army fighting for freedom.

You can barely hold up your sword, and enemies are coming at you from all four corners of the world.

You need help.

Luckily, there’s AI.

It’s the holy grail of productivity.

These tools can do a lot of your work. They sort emails, schedule tasks, and even help with marketing.

It’s like having a T-1000 built from polymetic alloy, (a fancy term for liquid metal)that can shapeshift into any human form.

Be careful. It might kill you.

But that’s another discussion for the anti-AI people who are sure that Skynet will hack us and take over the world.

Anyway, let’s continue before we make some people angry.

There’s a catch.

AI can’t do everything.

Look…

When you’re NOT an advanced machine learning specialist, like the ones that can make cars jump back to the future, you’ll still need extra help.

And that’s where the executive assistant comes into play.

A VA can do what AI can’t.

Once, I was where you are today.

One day I was fed up and I placed an advertisement on Upwork.

The Ad read:
I’m looking for a multitasking VA. I need help; I’m drowning in my business. (no joke)

I got hundreds of replies.

You will be amazed at how many people want to do the work that you can’t.

Out of the many replies, I jumped on a call with Donna.

“I’m a fisherman’s daughter,” she replied when I asked about her personal life.

Fast forward, D, as I call her in our chats, takes care of most of my tasks.

Think about content uploads, customer service, and blog management. (yeah, I’m still a firm believer in SEO.)

I get my hands free for the cash printing opportunities in my business, but more on that in another letter.

Now, let’s create a pact between the humans and the droids.

Train your VA to work with AI, and you build a machine Optimus Prime would be proud of.

This is what you do to get started:

Write down what tasks AI can do and what tasks need a human.

Drop an ad on Upwork, and you’re good to go.
