Just…

Freediving, creating slides and talking sh*t.

Here are 8 steps to help you to do the same.

“We’re launching the cohort in 9 days. Shall we do something crazy?” Tat’s asked casually in the Gecko Riders chat.

“I’m up for crazy. Let’s do this workshop thing.” That was my reply.

You might wonder what on earth The Gecko Riders Chat is. To be honest, I have no clue myself.

We talk loads of sh*t all day. And sometimes we share some business ideas.

I dusted off my old webinar funnel, which did $10M in sales.

We modified it for an audience on X; the rest is history.

Let’s take a look at the inner workings of the WSM.

Short for: The Workshop Selling Machine.

Host a space to sell a low-ticket workshop.

We’ve been testing for months. And finally, we cracked the code.
X is not for selling it’s to make noise.

Unless…

You have a solid relationship with your audience. Have fun, deliver value and make an offer during the space.

Don’t make it too complex. A simple link in the nest and a regular mention is enough.

Start the workshop the right way.

Many of you are way too serious. Imagine you have been working for 8 hours in a cubicle.

You look for some entertainment, and you join a workshop. And a boring guy is talking about the algo changes and what you should do to become successful.

Please make it stop.

You have so much boredom in your life. What you need is entertainment.

So before you start the workshop, make your audience comments and share crazy stuff in the chat.

An excited and entertained audience will buy 4 x faster.

Deliver valuable and entertaining lessons.

Deliver value by being entertaining. Upload funny pictures, personal quotes and awkward situations.

People will resonate with you. And they will relate to the problems you present in your workshop.

Don’t be boring. It will crush your sales.

Share your unfiltered stories.

You’re not living in a Barbie movie.

Don’t tell fairytales with a happy ending. Everybody knows that can’t be real.

Share your raw, unfiltered stories. Paint pictures in people’s heads.

Show excitement and fun during your presentation. Be like your clients want to become.

Do it by being 100% you.

Make your audience an offer.

Always be selling.

That means you must make an offer they can’t refuse as often as possible.

In this case, we made an offer at the end of a workshop.

Only some people will buy it. But some will not. And that’s ok.

People buy when they are ready and not the other way around.

Offer special bonuses.

People love gifts. Package old offers in a new package.

Find your old workshop recordings and offer them as a bonus.

In short, be creative and have fun creating them.

The more value you can give to support your main offer, the more appealing it will look to your audience.

Don’t be a crybaby. Create bonuses.

Set a 15-minute timer.

People need constraints. During the 15 minutes, entertain, inspire and handle objections. And when the timer is at 0 take the offer away from them.

You will be amazed how many people take action when they see a clock running down.

The money is in the follow-up.

After the training, send a recording to those who did not attend.

And you make them the same offer minus some bonuses from the life workshop. There must always be a good incentive to watch your workshops live.

Send 5 days of follow-up emails where you sell your offer. I promise you’ll make some backend sales.

This all is a part of the Evergreen Selling Machine.

Peace out.
