I’ve invested $50K in a mastermind and I learned nothing.
Let me wake you up. A mentor will NOT teach you anything new. Selling products is as old as mankind. There’s no difference between the pre-historic skin trader and the AI solopreneur who can create landing pages by speaking to his computer. The ancient laws of persuasion remain the same. So why should you hire a mentor? Most of the concepts are known to you. But still, you never got the desired results. That’s because an ancient machine is holding you back. It’s called the mind. A mentor is nothing more than a guide. Somebody who walked the same path that you’re about to take now. There’s no one-size-fits-all. That’s where the mentor comes in. They give you context and nuance to general principles to make it work for you. Yesterday I talked with a new client. She wanted to pivot her business and launch a course. When you’re unhappy with your business, it will consume you like a deadly virus. That was the case with her. We could build a course and hope for the best. But she needed to find her direction first. What makes her heart sing? Was the question we started our conversation with. After a 45-minutes, we created a direction we could explore together. She went from total confusion to clarity. Only because she got a perspective from somebody who went through it all before. That brings this conversation to you. Are you struggling to find direction, or do you have so many clients that your business feels like a job? This month, I am opening up two spots to work with you. All you need to do is raise your hand and reply to this email, and we jump on a quick call to see if I’m the right fit for you. For now, I’m going to jump in the pool and chill. Because life is not only about work, it’s about living. Power to you. Virgil “Let me be your mentor” Brewster. P.S. Let me know if you have any questions. I always reply to emails. I’m looking forward to talking to you through email.
